Stellarium 1.2 has been released. Stellarium is a free and open source GPL (Free Software Foundation GNU General Public License) software that uses the OpenGL graphics interface for real-time rendering of starry sky. The software can simulate the observation of the sky with the naked eye, binoculars and small astronomy, etc., and calculate the position of the sun, moon, planets and other celestial bodies in the sky according to the time and position of the observer, and display them accurately. You can also draw constellations and demonstrate astronomical phenomena such as meteor showers, solar and lunar eclipses, and more.
