Open source fine-grained permission database SpiceDB

SpiceDB is an open source database system for managing permissions for security-critical applications, inspired by the Google Zanzibar paper. Developers create a schema to simulate their permission requirements and use a client library to apply the schema to the database, insert data into the database, and query the data to effectively check permissions in their application.
