Do you recommend WordPress as a development career? There is a lot of work to be done in WordPress, and I think WordPress is now going away for a while. Instead of looking at WordPress as a career, I think you should see WordPress as a piece of your career, but don’t see WordPress as your career. I think you should see yourself more as a web developer who maybe specializes in PHP, and you are also able to do work on WordPress, so don’t focus just on WordPress press. I think learning a framework as a web developer because could open other doors to not just when you’re looking for work, you’re not limited to work-related to WordPress. You could do other things as well.
