When I first started in web design, I used to think that harder work was more valuable, so I charged more for hand-coded websites. I have changed my mind about that. Today, I recognize that better results are more valuable, even if less work is involved to achieve those results. For example, I can generate more leads faster for most clients with a WordPress website because I don’t have to hand-code layouts on the front end and form processing on the back end. That’s just one small example of how you can work less and make more.
