ALOHA is a low-cost, open-source, two-handed teleoperation hardware system. The entire system costs less than $20,000, yet it is more powerful than comparable systems that cost 5-10 times more.

ALOHA is capable of performing precise tasks such as RAM insertion, dynamic tasks such as ping pong juggling, and contact-rich tasks such as putting on shoes. And it worked reliably, with no motor failures in the full 8 months of testing.
