Installation

Click to Download the zip folder named google-language-translator.zip
Unzip the folder and put it in the plugins directory of your wordpress installation. (wp-content/plugins).
Activate the plugin through the plugin window in the admin panel.
Go to Settings > Google Language Translator, enable the plugin, and then choose your settings.
Copy the shortcode and paste it into a page, post or widget.
Do not use the shortcode twice on a single page – it will not work.

Q: What should I do if the translate widget does not show on my website?

Make sure that the plugin is installed and activated.
Verify that a check mark is placed in the activation setting located at “Settings > Google Language Translator”.
Verify that the native WordPress function, wp_footer(), is included in your theme’s footer file.
Verify that “Show Language Box?” setting is enabled at “Settings > Google Language Translator”.
Use your browser’s web tools to ensure that CSS styles are not hiding the translation widget.
